Phoenix.
Although NP activities have been suspended temporarily, it doesn't mean you can slack alright. You still have to practice your drills at home(our sediya is really bad- it echoes), practice your campcraft stuff, read campcraft manual and TRAIN UP YOUR ARMPOWER. If we are going to clear our punishments, we'll have to do better than just 20 twinkles. I mean, come on, 20 twinkles is such a small number! We also have to do pumpings and other stuff. So you all BETTER train at home. Just set aside a small period of time to train! It's not THAT hard, you know. Also, we have to set aside a few days for drill prac; reasons being: we have to cut punishments and also improve on our drills. So PRACTICE AT HOME.
Also, you all have to put in effort to attend all NP activities, be it claiming back uniform parts, drill prac, parade or even squad recess. If only some people attend parade, for example, and they cut punishments and worked reallyreally hard, it wouldn't be fair to them because the rest of the people don't attend and THEY get to enjoy the benefits.
Cliques. It's fine if you're in one, but still take into consideration those who don't. Everyone has to be included, no matter what. One for all, all for one. Remember this? Don't just say it for the sake of saying it, but actually MEAN what you say.
Phoenix, we really have to work harder to improve our standard. Don't let our ma'ams down alright? Jiayou, because we can do it!

Just wanted to say... WHERE ARE ALL OF YOU DURING SQUAD RECESS? Only the same few people attend squad recess okay. Don't make the same excuses like 'Oh I forgot' or 'Sorry but I'd rather eat with my friends'.(You know who you are) If you tend to forget, write it down in your handbook or something! Hey, if others can remember, SO CAN YOU! (gosh that sounded like something out of a motivational talk) And for those who want to eat wih your friends, you have 4 days to eat with them. 4! Compared to the 1 measly day, it's a lot, alright. You guys better stop making excuses, and I want to see 90% of you at the next squad recess, which is WEDNESDAY. W-E-D-N-E-S-D-A-Y. Be there!
And also, please think of how to answer questions that the ma'ams ask us. The same few people are answering and thinking of the answers. Please also think and not leave the responsibility to them.
Lastly, don't leave your squadmates out, especially during NP activities. Even though it doesn't look that way, your squadmates feel very left out. But this also goes for the left-out people. Sometimes, take the initative to talk to your squadmates. If this doesn't work, then please mention it. Be more open to people!

if u dun wan so early reach there or dun wan have breakfast rite, u can come urself but MUST reach at 7.20 at macs.
