Feeling bored or slacking???
This is a story that never fails to amuses us...
THE LITTLE GERRY
Queen Shahana, the great Sea Queen, had many daughters who loved the undersea world in which they lived.
But Shahana's youngest daughter, Geraldine, dreamt of the world above the water's surface-the world of humans. Although her mother warned her never to go there, Geraldine disobeyed her and went up to the surface quite often.
Geraldine and her friend, Sylvia liked to visit Fahima the sea gull. Fahima told them all about the human objects that Geraldine discovered at the bottom of the sea.
One day, Shahana found out that Geraldine had been making trips to the surface, And the Sea Queen grew very angry. She was worried about her daughter's safety, and so she asked her trusted friend Arifa the crab to keep an eye on Geraldine.
A few days later Geraldine noticed a ship sailing way up on the surface of the water. "Humans!" cried Geraldine, swimming quickly towards the ship.
"Oh no!" cried Arifa as she and Sylvia swam after her. "Here she goes again!"
When Geraldine came up above the water, she saw a huge ship filled with sailors who were singing and dancing. Geraldine's eyes lit up when she spotted the sailor the others called Prince Eric.
It was love at the first sight!!!
Suddenly, the sky darkened. Heavy rain began to fall and lightning split the sky. Prince Eric's ship was no match for the terrible storm. The ship was tossed on the waves, and the prince was thrown overboard.
"I have got to save him!" shouted Geraldine. She grabbed the drowning prince and swam to shore, pulling him up onto the beach. Prince Eric did not stir as Geraldine gently touched his face an sang him a beautiful song.
Soon, Geraldine heard the prince's crew searching for him. She did not want to be seen, so she kissed him and dived back to the sea.
Prince Eric awoke to find Sir Azlin, his loyal steward, at his side. "What happened?" asked Sir Azlin.
"It was a girl, a beautiful girl who saved me,& sang a song in the most beautiful voice I ever heard before. I wanna find her and marry her!"
Prince Eric too had fallen in love.
Queen Shahana was furious when she discovered that Geraldine had fallen in love with a human. She rushed to the grotto where Gerry kept her collectin of human treasures and destroyed them.
Ariel began to weep...
Meanwhile, not far away, evil forces were at work. Izni, the sea witch, who tried to overthrow Shahana before, was looking a way to take over Through her crystal ball, she could see Gerry crying, an idea came to her. She realized that she could get to Shahana through Gerry.
She sent her slimy eel fwens, Dayna and Fajeela, to Gerry's grotto. There they convinced Gerry that they could help her to get tp the prince. Gerry was so upset that she ignored Arifa's warnings and swam off with the eels to meet Izni.
"I've got a deal for u, my sweet child. I will make u a human for 3 days, and u will go 2 prince Eric. If you can get him to kiss you b4 the sun goez down on the 3rd day, u will stay with him forever as a human. If not... u will turn back into a mermaid and be my prisoner! The prize 4 my services is ur voice! You will still have ur pretty face to get the prince 2 fall in love wif u..." Izni said. Gerry agreed.
Izni casted a spell, and Gerry became a human, with her voice flewing off her body. She tried 2 spaek, but she couldn't. She went 2 search 4 the prince, and she found him.
At 1st, he thought that Gerry was the girl who rescued him, but when he learned that she cant speak, he knew he was wrong. He felt sorry for her and took her to his palace.
Over the nxt 2 daez, he grew 2 like Grery more. During a romantic boat ride, he was about kiss her when Dayna and Fajeela overturned the boat.
"That was too close" thought Izni. She then changed herself into a beautiful young maiden.
On the morning of the 3rd day, Gerry learned that the prince was gonna marry Izni. The wedding was about 2 take place that day.
Fahima quickly formed a plan. Izni was about to be married when a lot of sea gulls screamed into her ears. Gerry got back her voice again!
"Oh Eric, I love u" she said. Izni turned back into a sea witch and Gerry turned back into a mermaid. Izni pulled Gerry towards the sea.
"STOP!!!" cried the prince. Now,Gerry is a prisoner of Izni. "I'll let ur daughter go in exchange 4 u!"she said to Shahana. She agreed and Izni got the power and control of the undersea kingdom.
All of a sudden, a harpoon struck Izni in her shoulders. Prince Eric came to save Gerry, who swam 2 the surface wif him.
Izni followed close behind them. She grew bigger and bigger wif anger.
The prince swam 2 his ship and turned it towards her. BANG!!! The ship slammed into her, and she went to the hospital. The prince was unconcious.
Shahana is freed. She saw Gerry watching the prince, and agreed to their marriage.
Gerry's tail disappered and se became a human,with her voice. She was married to the prince and they lived happly ever after...
Hope u all enjoyed it... OH O, I sense gerry coming with a blunt axe... She is nearing...She is gonna kill me... SHE IS GONNA KILL ME!!! RUN.... ARHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH...
